Design Proposal

Once you have instructed White Mulberry to proceed with the design, we will conduct an in-depth design analysis of your garden. This includes a more detailed site survey and construction analysis. A design outline masterplan will be produced for your approval. The design proposal will include a scale drawing, sketching out and scaled elevation drawings enabling you to visualise the final design. It will also highlight where we have agreed hard or soft landscaping areas.

During this process, there will be on-going consultation and a series of opportunities to modify the designs prior to agreeing the final design.
